What is your hands on, totally dedicated nursing staff to resident ratio?

1:3-1:4 average , which is increased at a moment’s notice during each day as each resident’s personal needs change. The Mann House surpasses all other Senior Care and assisted living properties in this critical measure. Industry average is 1:10-1:15. Required by State of Georgia is 1:15 for day shifts, 1:20 for night.
